We use National and International express courier services to deliver to all countries.
Courier does not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address. Free shipping worldwide and is the sole responsibility of Shipper, following its own terms and conditions. In case of problem or delay, please contact us. If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

Balifus ® is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country. We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions about this matter.

DELIVERY TERMS AND TRACKING

Orders are prepared from ready stock and they are sent immediately upon reception of the full payment into Balifu’s account. Following credit authorization and verification, for international shipment you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. for national shipment 2-3 days, This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays.

CONDITION OF RECEPTION

Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. Courier is responsible of delivering goods in the same quantity and state as per their pick-up. Upon reception, you are responsible of checking your parcel, and the integrity of the Balifus ® seal; any discrepancy such as damage or loss, should be escalated, and claimed directly to the courier. Any events, whatever they are, which evade Balifus ® willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may effect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against Balifus ® as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.

DOCUMENTS

We supply a commercial invoice. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional document. For orders up to 10 items we will issue export documents  and you could be charged by your local customs for import duties. Please contact us regarding documents prices to declare and special information to be added in the documents. We will not be held responsible regarding custom policies of your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that a product would not give you entire satisfaction, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, but you will pay the shipping costs for sending back the return and for receiving the replacement item, so please check the shipping costs involved. We accept returns of merchandise purchased only from our web site within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items returned should be in its original packaging, unworn, liner in place, and with all tags attached. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

PROCESS OF RETURNING AN ITEM

Please send an email to info@balifusarongs .com listing your Name, Invoice Number, and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Please specify the reason (size or color exchange), or send a photo if there is a defect.
Our customer care will handle your claim within 2-3 working days.
When your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and return the item to our address, along with all information stated above. We will refund your money after the item is received. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative. In case of mistakes during the order, please send us an email by 12 hours, we will be happy to assist you and revise the order.

SHIPPING

You can use different ways to ship depending on your needs. Here below some general information:

DHL / FEDEX/UPS / TNT / EMS

These are express couriers for urgent shipments and small orders and are door-to-door services. The shipping time depends the country destination, generally takes from 3 to 10 working days. They may charge you a brokerage fee for clearing your package though customs.

Tracking numbers will be available after max 24 hours after the order has been shipped. It is more expensive than the other methods, but very fast. Choose to best one depending your needs. Balifu has got a cheaper price with TNT courier.

AIR CARGO

Air cargo starts with minimum weight of 45 kg. Air Cargo rates are charged per kg and volume and are cheaper than express couriers, but this service is only door to port. Basically what this means is that when your merchandise arrives at your home country you are responsible for contacting a customs broker or having your order cleared through customs yourself. If you are not experienced at this we HIGHLY recommend using a broker. Air cargo can be a benefit for ship bigger orders than need quite fast delivery (from 10 to 20 days).

SEA FREIGHT

This method is by container and can be FCL (full container load) or LCL (less than container load).

FCL. Containers come in two sizes: 20 (30-33 meter cubic) and 40 feet (60-66 cubic meter). The shipping time is from 20 to 60 days.
LCL. This is less than a container and the cost is per cubic meter. The cargo is held by the shipping company until space in the container is available that is going to the same direction/country. It means the container will be shipped when is full with other cargo customers. Sometimes this can take a long time.
Sea freight is the cheapest method for big quantities orders. All sea freight is a door to port service. You need a custom broker to clear your goods.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We do suggest to all customers to take an insurance for all shipments . Sometimes the goods can be damaged or lost. As purchaser and importer, you are responsible for customs charges and import taxes. This charge varies from country to country. Balifu is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies.

We encourage our customers to contact a custom broker of their country, who can provide information about administrative fees and duties that may apply in their country and particular policies about shipping invoice, packaging and labeling.

We advise that Batik products are totally hand made the irregularities in designs and colors may occur, these are not considered as defects, but an evidence of the authenticity of the genuineness of the process itself
